Most of our international orders are shipped from our network of fulfillment centers. Depending on your location and the dispatch point, customs duties, VAT, or other import fees may apply upon delivery.

These charges are determined by your country's customs authorities and are outside our control. As the importer of the goods, you are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your local customs office.

Import Fee Guidelines by Region

Spain

  • Mainland / Peninsular - Orders shipped to the mainland (peninsula) are not subject to additional customs fees or import taxes
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla - May be subject to local import duties and IGIC (Canary Islands General Indirect Tax). Please check with your local customs authority for exact fees and procedures

European Union (excluding Spain)

  • No import tax applies for EU member countries
  • Includes: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden

Other Countries

  • USA - No import tax for standard personal orders
  • United Kingdom - Orders are subject to VAT and customs clearance fees. Please refer to HMRC for up-to-date rates
  • Australia - Orders over AUS$1000 are subject to import duties. Refer to the Department of Home Affairs for more information
  • New Zealand - Orders over NZD$1000 may incur import duties. Visit the New Zealand Customs Service website for details
  • Canada - A 5% GST applies to all imported orders
  • Brazil - All orders are subject to import duties
  • Other Countries - Please contact your local customs office to confirm potential import taxes or duties

Refusing to Pay Customs Fees

If you choose to refuse payment of customs charges and your parcel is returned to us, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
